[Case Study] PET Bottle Conveying Line

A special guide plate to resolve product tipping troubles! Selected materials known for their slip resistance and durability.

This is a case study of solving customer issues in the pet bottle transportation process at a beverage company. In recent years, the company has been facing problems with the increasingly complex and diverse shapes of bottles, which tend to get caught on the conveyor's guide plates and fall over. To address this, we obtained information that applying a V-groove processing to the surface of the guide would reduce the contact area and resolve similar troubles, and we proposed this solution to the customer. As a result, instead of a temporary measure like applying slip-resistant tape, a permanent solution was achieved.
