We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues at a chemical plant. We received a consultation regarding signs of aging in the drainage lines within the factory. Although there are currently no leaks, the customer expressed a desire to carry out thorough repairs to ensure safe operations in the future. As a solution, we updated the existing piping to PVC HT pipes. We also proposed applying a "polyurea resin" coating to the interior of the catch basin at the same time as its renewal. As a result, the coating had very little odor and could be applied in a very short time.
