"Miterune" supports the appropriate operation of industrial furnaces by detecting fires, measuring air-fuel ratios, furnace temperatures, and exhaust gas temperatures with sensors inside the furnace, and visualizing this data. It is designed to be easy to operate even for beginners, allowing users to continuously check the "health" of the industrial furnace while viewing numerical data and graphs on a PC or tablet. At the start of the service, a "medical record" is created to understand the basic information about the furnace's integrity, enabling us to propose optimal operation consulting and planned equipment renovations.
