We would like to introduce our unique technique, the "3-plate method + extrusion mechanism." To address the issue of insufficient filling in heat sinks, we adopted the 3-plate method. However, since the overflow becomes an undercut, we devised a new extrusion mechanism, enabling continuous casting.
