We would like to introduce a case where the Blickle heavy-duty spring-loaded swivel caster 'LSDFE-POTH 200XK-ELS-FS-899642' was implemented in a manufacturer developing and producing equipment for microchip manufacturing. Since it was to be used in a cleanroom environment, it was necessary to meet special standards such as special surface treatment, static electricity prevention, low wear, low maintenance, and ease of cleaning. Additionally, due to limited space, high maneuverability was required. To address this, the entire bracket was nickel-plated, and the surface was finished smoothly.
