Support for CNF research and development! Media-free wet high-pressure micronization equipment!
Systemizer Series
It can be used for research and development of candidate materials for next-generation electric vehicle batteries, "cellulose nanofibers"! It can be defibrated at up to 250 MPa!
Research teams from Brown University, the University of Maryland, and the University of Tokyo have developed a candidate material for the solid electrolyte of next-generation solid-state batteries, which are considered essential for electric vehicles (EVs), using cellulose nanofibers (CNF) derived from trees. The results were published in the British scientific journal "Nature." Cellulose typically does not conduct ions. In contrast, it has been demonstrated that lithium ions can move rapidly through a solid material made of copper and CNF, which was created by immersing CNF in a copper alkali solution. The reason for this is that the spacing between the linear polymer chains of CNF is expanded by binding with copper ions, creating pathways that allow lithium ions to pass through smoothly. Additionally, it is said that its ability to transport ions is 10 to 100 times higher compared to other polymer ion conductors. Furthermore, leveraging its characteristics as an ion conductor, there is potential for it to be used as a binder for the positive electrode in solid-state batteries. Other advantages include its low environmental impact and higher strength and flexibility compared to ceramic materials, which are commonly used in many solid electrolytes under research and development. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.*

Company information
We have developed a tubeless heat exchanger using patented technology. By assembling two heat transfer tubes, it efficiently facilitates heat exchange by sandwiching the processing fluid. Additionally, simply removing the clamp exposes the heat transfer surface, allowing anyone to easily disassemble, clean, and sterilize it. It can be applied in various fields such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, and chemicals.
