The "AS-F Coating" is a unique coating specialized in release, corrosion resistance, and adhesion prevention. Its excellent corrosion resistance, particularly against halogen gases, is a significant advantage, making it suitable for products used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. It has already been adopted in many jigs and molds.
