Shortening the waiting time by cooling in a short period! Introducing our achievements in the cold-rolled coil yard.
We would like to introduce a case study of our wet-type dehumidifier, "Kasaba," implemented at a steel mill (coil anti-rust yard). Coils that have completed the annealing process are transported to the cooling yard at around 100°C and cooled down to 40°C using air dehumidified by our product. During this process, the humidity in the coil yard is kept below 30% to prevent rust formation. Additionally, by cooling in a short time, we are able to reduce the processing time. Our product achieves continuous operation with a dew point temperature below 0°C, which cannot be achieved with conventional cooling dehumidification methods. Since there is no drain water, it does not freeze even at low dew points, eliminating the need for defrosting. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
