Initially, Blickle's experts recommended heat-resistant stainless steel casters that do not require lubrication, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 100°C for processing within the plasma device. However, this company wanted to improve mobility by using perfluoropolyether lubricant. This special lubricant has excellent properties for vacuum coating due to its heat resistance, pressure resistance, chemical resistance, and compatibility with oxygen. In tests under extreme conditions, the casters demonstrated outstanding performance with special grease applied to the swivel parts and ball bearings.
