A hydraulic system for press brakes that is easy to install, has long maintenance intervals, and offers very high processing accuracy.
The top model ePrAX max is an electric hydraulic drive system device (including cylinders). Its main feature is a structure that allows for easy mechanical and electrical connections. Speed control is performed for each actuator via a drive regulator. The static and dynamic servo motors control the speed of the approach stroke and the bending stroke. By using temporarily stored drop energy for the return stroke, it leads to dynamic operation and significant energy reduction. This enables efficient operation, eliminating the need for additional equipment such as cooling devices. The required amount of hydraulic oil is only 10% compared to conventional products.
