Check the actual operation in the video! We had the robot use a vibrating tool to perform chipping!
We equipped an industrial robot with a vibrating tool to perform "chipping." It was previously said that it was impossible to attach a vibrating tool to a robot, but we were able to carry out the work without any issues due to the minimal recoil. Currently, we are sharing work videos on YouTube! (For more details, please see below.) Our company manufactures products ranging from fully custom to custom orders, leveraging the convenience of a processing shop based on customer requests. If you have any ideas or challenges you would like to discuss, please feel free to reach out to us. We will work together with our customers to brainstorm, refine, and develop solutions to be of assistance in any way we can.

People tend to desire what they do not have. We are working on what we can do. In discussions with our customers, we are daily engaged in improving human health and the environment by addressing issues such as the suppression of vibration-induced white finger disease and tendonitis, as well as reducing hearing impairments caused by noise during use. Beyond that, we are also developing automation devices with the desire to free people from the so-called "three K" (difficult) jobs.
