[Development Case] Illuminance Sensor

Providing samples with characteristics for evaluation! Feedback on evaluation results in the customer's environment will be used to determine adjustment values!

We were designing a set using an illuminance sensor for a certain manufacturer, but due to the customer's specific optical design requirements, we were unable to achieve the desired light source dependency as intended by the customer. In response, our company produced multiple samples with finely tuned characteristics through small-scale mask modifications. These samples were evaluated by the customer, and an appropriate sample was adopted as a mass-produced product under the customer's environment. As a result, we were able to meet the customer's required sensitivity specifications and light source dependency through small-scale mask modifications, thereby minimizing additional costs.
