The "black yeast fermentation liquid" is primarily made from black yeast (Aureobasidium pullulans) found in raw sugar derived from sugarcane. Aureobasidium EX100 contains a high amount of the polysaccharide β1,3-1,6 glucan, which normalizes immune function, as well as nutrient sugars that normalize cell sugar chains.
