The IKB-X type is manufactured using REMBE's unique "Contour Precision Profiling (CPP)" technology. CPP technology is a digital technique that enables high-speed and high-precision milling of the rupture disk surface. It allows for high-performance and accurate burst control in large batch volumes. Production using CPP technology is ideal for industries that require mass production and frequent shipments, responding accurately and quickly even in large contract manufacturing. While general rupture disks for large or low-pressure applications may risk damage during installation or storage, the IKB-X rupture disk features a highly robust design. Additionally, its petal-shaped opening structure accommodates a wide range of burst pressures, achieving a stable full bore (full cross-section) opening without fragment dispersion, and boasts a product lifespan at the highest level.
