A UHT plant is a facility that performs heat treatment on milk, as well as high-viscosity yogurt and pudding, through various processes. At the Bavarian State Research Institute for Agriculture in Kempten (an education, testing, and technology center for the dairy industry), dairy experts and engineers have collaborated with plant engineers to incorporate the latest technological concepts and components into the plant. Among these, GEMU's aseptic valves and multi-port block valves are used.
