We manufacture and sell prepolymers at a low cost, tailored for various applications, including polyester/TDI-based and polyether/TDI-based, as well as MDI-based products.
This is a prepolymer that can be widely used from low hardness rubber areas to regions close to high hardness plastics, in combination with amine-based curing agents (MOCA). After molding, it is known as a material with high heat resistance that does not soften or melt even when heat is applied.

Polyester-based materials are particularly excellent in oil and heat resistance, making them widely used in various applications such as industrial rolls, oil seals, gaskets, gears, belts, vibration-damping rubber, and O-rings. Polyether-based materials, especially PTMEG (polytetramethylene ether glycol), excel in water resistance, impact resistance, rebound elasticity, and low-temperature properties, making them suitable for harsh conditions. Although PPG (polypropylene glycol) is inferior in physical properties to PTMEG, it can be produced at a relatively low cost. In terms of applications, they are used in solid tires, rolls, springs, gaskets, cushioning materials, paper-making rolls, belts, and electrical equipment. Our main products of thermosetting elastomers include NH-32 and NH-100, among others.
