A case that meets the constraints of no inner radius bending, no bulging on the outer side of the bend, and no deformation of holes.
This time, we are introducing a case where multiple V-bending techniques were combined to meet strict tolerance requirements. Due to the constraint of "no inner R on the bend," after V-bending with a sharp-edged mold, bottoming was performed with a dedicated mold. By adding this process, we minimized the inner R of the bend to the extreme and reduced variation in bending.
