The first point is the processing of a step with a height of 0.5mm in four stages at the tip. By selecting a machining center from our extensive equipment inventory and performing cutting on the tip, we were able to meet the delivery deadline. The second point is that we created a Z-bend section, which cannot be bent with a bender, using a simple mold.
