[Processing Example] Achieving Short Delivery Times with Proposal for Feed Bending (FR Bending)
We will introduce a case where selecting the sending bend (FR bend) enabled a quick response with a short delivery time.
This time, we would like to introduce a processing case of a product made of SUS304-H material, which has large R bends (R14.5) in two places. Due to a short delivery request, we only had one week for the production period. Since we did not have a mold for R14.5 and could not secure time for its production, we proposed processing using a sending bend. By adding a process to reduce warping before bending, we were able to mitigate warping after bending and achieve satisfactory precision. 【Case Overview】 ■ Material: SUS304CSP-H ■ Size: 300x160x26mm ■ Plate Thickness: t0.8 ■ Precision: ±0.2 ■ Quantity: 10 ■ Delivery Time: 7 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

At Nishino Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd., we have a wide range of equipment and systems that can handle both sheet metal and press processing, as well as machining such as lathes and machining centers, allowing us to comprehensively meet all customer requests for prototypes and parts processing. We also manufacture dedicated molds and tools necessary for processing prototypes and products requested by customers, such as bending molds, punching molds, and drawing molds, in-house. This eliminates the need to outsource mold production, enabling us to achieve shorter lead times for processing. Additionally, we can quickly make creative adjustments, fine-tuning, and improvements to molds in-house, which significantly enhances the quality and precision of the finished products. We cover both sheet metal and press processing as well as machining within a single company, leveraging our uniquely developed processing technologies and know-how to challenge ourselves daily with the processing of fine, miniature parts and difficult materials.
