We have a dedicated mold for Hemming bending that we developed in-house! We can accommodate thicknesses of 1.0mm or less.
We would like to introduce a case study of processing leaf springs that include hemming bends. Due to the thickness of 0.3mm, there are often opportunities to purchase the material in coil form when arranging materials. Since it is wound in a roll, the material itself has warping and distortion, making it impossible to process the blanks as is.
