Can be generated in XLS or XLSX format! Data can be imported from XLSM files.
This product is the 2021 version of rolling bearing design calculation software for mechanical designers. In "General Extensions," reports can be generated in XLS or XLSX format. It is now possible to import data from XLSM files. Additionally, the general fit calculation function has been expanded to provide results for maximum axial force and maximum torque. Other features such as "Extensions in the Bearing Calculation" and "Extensions in the Shaft Calculation" are also introduced. 【Features of General Extensions】 - The database content has been updated, allowing users to encrypt the database. - Width and friction coefficient have been added to the fit calculation. - A file menu and automatic backup function have been added, and report formats now support XLS and XLSX. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 <Extensions in the Bearing Calculation> ■ A one-sided self-aligning roller bearing has been added as a bearing type, allowing for the definition of asymmetric self-aligning roller bearings within the shaft calculation. ■ The thermal permissible speed can be calculated for multiple configurations of radial bearings. ■ The bending stress of track rollers with elastic outer rings is also displayed in 3D. <Extensions in the Shaft Calculation> ■ When gears are considered as point loads, the axial offset of the gear force can be defined. ■ The axial offset is defined in relation to mass and imbalance. ■ A general-purpose interface for the gear calculation program has been added, enabling data exchange with custom gear calculation programs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We are the Japanese sales agent for MESYS AG (Switzerland), which develops technical calculation software for mechanical designers focused on bearings. Bearings are one of the important mechanical elements. We believe that visualizing the detailed internal load and stress distribution is crucial for better mechanical design. Our main areas of focus include design calculations for mechanical elements such as bearings, gears, shafts, and ball screws. ◆ I want to know the bearing stiffness. ◆ I want to find the optimal preload. ◆ I want to predict bearing life. ◆ I want to analyze vibration problems.
