Compact Integrated Industrial UV Picosecond Laser
The industrial fine processing laser (manufactured by Advanced Optowave Corp.) is used in many production sites for electronic components and semiconductor manufacturing applications. Many of them operate 24/7 and are highly regarded for their reliability and performance. Various parameter settings and monitoring can be done through PC control using the included GUI software. Output ranges from 5W to 30W. The pulse width is 10-20ps. It is possible to perform a third harmonic crystal shift via GUI control, maintaining the beam position and quality before and after the shift.
