Attention Quality Control Personnel! Achieve without jig creation! Printed Circuit Board Electrical Inspection.
Many successful implementations! Tester for PCB inspection using flying probe technology! Trial available! Easy to operate!
Conventional jig-type (press-type) circuit board inspection devices require significant effort and cost to create and store pin board-type jigs, resulting in high running costs. The 'Flying Probe Method' circuit board inspection tester developed by Takaya, the first of its kind in the world, employs a system where a robot arm makes contact with the inspection points using probes (test needles). There is no need for jig creation costs. Additionally, specialized knowledge is not required to create inspection programs, allowing for immediate response to circuit changes. By utilizing it for establishing and verifying production data for mass production, such as solder printing and reflow temperature management, it enables high-quality manufacturing from the prototype level. There are also cases where it has been used for error checking in rework of added components or component replacements. We welcome inquiries for trials/tests. Please feel free to contact us. <Recommended for those who:> - Want to reduce running costs of jig-type tester inspections while improving accuracy - Require electrical inspection for a variety of small-lot circuit boards - Wish to conduct electrical inspections without specialized knowledge in circuit design *For detailed information, please refer to the catalog.*

Founded in 1894 as a textile company, Takaya Textile expanded and established its electronics division in 1966, beginning the assembly of transistor radios. Currently, in addition to contract manufacturing services (EMS) related to electronic devices, the company actively manufactures and sells in-circuit testers (printed circuit board inspection devices), RFID-related equipment (technology that enables information exchange through short-range wireless communication from IC information tags), and engages in IT consulting and system solutions, among various electronics businesses both domestically and internationally. We will continue to evolve as a corporate group that contributes to the development of society, with textiles and electronics as our two pillars.
