We would like to introduce a case where the stopper component of the propeller shaft (powertrain part) was processed without a machining process. To achieve press-fit joining to the shaft, the inner diameter tolerance is ±0.025. Traditionally, this involved pressing followed by inner diameter machining. By innovating the pressing method, we successfully ensured a quality with an inner diameter tolerance of ±0.025 and a surface roughness of Ra3.2 or less, using only the pressing process on a standard press machine.
