[Production Example] Tube Pipe

We will introduce a case of successful plastic processing with good yield and low load on subsequent processes!

We would like to introduce a case where Union Maeda Co., Ltd. manufactured a "tube pipe" connector for exhaust lines of construction machinery. Since the press mold requires a significant investment for mass production, we first considered prototyping using a less costly method of draw forming. The 2mm thickness of the stainless steel plate posed challenges, but the prototype was successfully completed. Having cleared the testing and evaluation, we moved on to the mass production stage.
