The "Spiral Spray" is a method of applying hot melt in a spiral fiberized form onto the substrate. It is a stable non-contact application method suitable for thin and wide coatings when bonding products, capable of spiraling up to 72,000 revolutions per minute, with a width of approximately φ15 to 20mm. Regardless of low or high speeds, it minimizes splatter and achieves a beautiful spiral application.
