The "TVM-1000" is an automatic visual inspection device that stores ICs identified as good in a good product tray and sorts ICs identified as defective into a defective product tray. It automatically retrieves various types of ICs such as BGA/CSP/QFP/SOP/QFN stored in the tray and uses an image inspection device with visual inspection capabilities. This allows for the inspection of various inspection items.
