Vacuum suction table using granite
Our company offers a "stone vacuum suction table" that can securely hold thin and lightweight workpieces on a highly precise flat surface without distortion, enabling precise coating processes, inspections, and various types of machining. By roughening the surface, we suppress charging during the detachment of glass substrates and prevent electrostatic breakdown of transistors formed in a glass-like manner.
