Regarding surface roughness in terms of precision, we can accommodate a wide range from a rough finish of Ra5.0 to a mirror finish of Ra0.4 while maintaining flatness, compared to the standard lap finish of Ra0.8. Our company offers a "stone vacuum suction table" that can securely hold thin and lightweight workpieces on a highly precise flat surface without distortion, enabling precise coating processes, inspections, and various types of machining. By roughening the surface, we suppress charging during the detachment of glass substrates and prevent electrostatic breakdown of transistors formed in a glass-like manner.
