The Cryostream Compact from Oxford Cryosystems is a compact version of the Cryostream 800 series spray cooling device, optimized for cooling powder samples in capillaries. The use of a short nozzle allows for coaxial alignment of the nozzle and capillary, reducing the risk of ice formation. It cools down to 80K using liquid nitrogen.
