Ideal for moisture protection of automotive electronic circuit boards! No thermal drying process required. Environmentally friendly conformal coating with excellent gasoline resistance.
■ Strongly protects electronic components and circuit boards from humidity, condensation, rust, and oil with high water and oil repellency of fluorine. ■ Prevents sulfide formation of silver and copper with excellent sulfur resistance of the fluorine coating. ■ The transparent coating allows for direct application on LED mounted boards while maintaining their brightness. ■ Adheres well to various substrates (glass epoxy, resist, copper foil, SUS, etc.). ■ Uses a special fluorine solvent that allows for drying at room temperature; forced drying is unnecessary. ■ Can be applied using a dispenser, brush, dipping, or spray. ■ Not classified as hazardous materials under fire safety laws, ensuring high safety and eliminating the need for explosion-proof equipment or hazardous material storage.
