It is a document management system that automatically digitizes the necessary dates, amounts, and transaction partners for search requirements for all national tax-related documents and electronic transaction information, allowing for electronic storage at a significantly lower cost.

Step 1 If the documents arrive as digitized data, you can upload PDF or image data, send them with a dedicated email address in Cc, or simply place them in a dedicated folder such as Google Drive for import. If they arrive on paper, scanning them with a scanner or multifunction printer will initiate the digitization process. Step 2 The necessary recording items for search requirements, such as "transaction date, transaction amount, and counterparty," are automatically digitized. It is possible to specify the range defined by the Electronic Books Preservation Act for searches, as well as to conduct searches combining multiple items. By combining AI OCR digitization with operator verification, we guarantee a digitization accuracy of over 99.9% for any document. We also support the digitization of qualified business operator registration numbers under the invoice system. A series of transactions such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, inspection reports, and invoices can be grouped for easier searching and management. Step 3 The results of the digitization can be confirmed alongside the original images. After verification, the data will be stored indefinitely while keeping a history of corrections and deletions in accordance with the requirements of the Electronic Books Preservation Act. For those on the Basic Plan or higher, timestamping can be added at no extra charge. A workflow can also be set up during the correction and deletion process.
