The fluorine conformal coating agent "Aegis Coat WOP-024" is ideal for moisture-proofing, insulation, and waterproof coating of electronic circuit boards due to its high concentration specifications (20wt%, 30wt%). The fluorine resin coating film, ranging from 10 to 60μm, exhibits strong moisture-proof performance, repelling water, oil, and chemicals. This thick film thickness, along with excellent moisture-proof performance and adhesion, provides high insulation and moisture-proof capabilities. It is also suitable for mass production as it can be applied using automated machines. By combining it with waterproof design, quality can be further enhanced. As an industrial product, it has already been adopted by major electronics manufacturers.
