This document presents case studies of solutions to challenges related to the "Curtain Spray Coating Device" manufactured and sold by our company.
Utilizing the cohesive force (viscosity) of hot melt to extrude fine fibers and uniformly apply them in a non-woven fabric style! It is possible to spray apply as a single unit even over a wide area! 【Features】 ■ Soft finish ■ Cost benefits *Reduction in the amount of hot melt (adhesive) used ■ Compatible with adhesives from high viscosity to low viscosity ■ Breathable ■ Even application weight ■ Environmentally friendly / Recycling measures ■ Uniformly and beautifully coated We would like to introduce one example of how various companies have adopted these features.

basic information
【Applications/Examples of Achievements】 1. Textile-related (Polyurethane foam/surface material, reactive hot melt) ■ Conventional method: Frame lamination method Concerns about dioxin generation due to work ■ Effects: 1. No dioxin generation 2. Ensures breathability 3. Good texture 2. Building material panel-related (Foamed core material/decorative paper, synthetic rubber-based hot melt) ■ Conventional method: Roll coater application ■ Effects: 1. Reduction in application amount (30g/m² → 15g/m²) 2. Improvement in surface properties 3. Daily necessities-related (Bedding, polyurethane foam/surface material, reactive hot melt) ■ Conventional method: Solvent-based polyurethane adhesive ■ Effects: 1. Solvent-free (dichloromethane) 2. Improved production efficiency (1 night curing → handling after 1 hour)
