We manufacture and design corner springs using square wire, from design to prototyping. When a large force is required in a limited space with restricted inner/outer diameters, corner springs made from square wire are effective. The advantage of using square wire is that it allows for a larger cross-sectional area of the material compared to round wire. (The larger the cross-sectional area, the greater the force the spring can exert.) The materials are generally custom-made, but we have a certain amount of stock available in-house. If we have materials on hand that approximate the required dimensions, we can quickly produce prototypes and other items. We can accommodate both iron-based spring materials (SWP-A, SW-C) and stainless steel spring materials (SUS304-WPB). If you have any issues with springs, please feel free to consult us.
