This is a compact, high-capacity compression type load cell. It is an ideal load sensor for managing the load during press-fitting and riveting in automatic assembly machines.
USLC/USLC(H) is a small stainless steel compression load cell. The capacities are 50kN and 100kN. The cables are φ2 4-core shielded robot cable 3m with a tapered end (USLC-50kN), φ3.8 4-core shielded robot cable 3m with a tapered end (USLC-100kN), and φ2 4-core shielded fluororesin cable 3m with a tapered end (USLC-50kN(HL)). The compensation temperature range is -10 to +60℃ (USLC-50kN, 100kN), -40 to +150℃ (USLC-50kN(HL)), and the allowable temperature range is -20 to +70℃ (USLC-50kN, 100kN), -40 to +150℃ (USLC-50kN(HL)).
