Achieve improved productivity and labor savings! We propose automation for packaging molded products and case exchange.
We propose "Automated Box Packing with Alignment" that transports randomly flowing products using vision tracking and robots. Products are transferred to cases two at a time with a molding cycle of 6 seconds, inserting dividers for each layer. By adopting a SCARA robot, we achieve increased speed and reduced labor. Since the conveyor does not stop, productivity is improved. Additionally, it allows for the elimination of waste and foreign objects caused by operators. 【Benefits】 ■ Reduction of 2 to 3 personnel costs ■ Increased productivity as the conveyor does not stop ■ Ability to eliminate waste and foreign objects caused by operators ■ Possible changeover with less capital investment compared to dedicated machines *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
