The Control Systems Division realizes machine control with a diverse range of control technologies.

Our company changed its name from "Toshiba Machine Co., Ltd." to "Shibaura Machine Co., Ltd." on April 1, 2020. The new name, Shibaura Machine Co., Ltd., embodies our commitment to continue evolving through contributions to society via "monozukuri" (manufacturing), while never forgetting the DNA that has driven our progress. We aim to achieve further evolution together with our customers. Leveraging the "monozukuri technology" of the Shibaura Machine Group, we offer solutions such as "system robots" that contribute to the automation, labor-saving, and efficiency of various manufacturing sites, as well as "servo systems" that serve as the driving force for all types of machinery and "industrial programmable controllers." We can broadly accommodate a variety of needs. The Control Systems Division, responsible for the development, design, and manufacturing of control devices that give intelligence to various machines in the Toshiba Machine Group, including machine tools and injection molding machines, will deliver these solutions.
