We propose the automation of the gate cut process and the outsert press-fitting process.
We propose automation for "diverse system compatibility" in the post-processing of plastic molded products. Starting with the "gate cut process," which realizes cycle shortening and space saving, we contribute to speeding up and reducing labor in processes such as the "insert press process." 【Effects】 ■ Gate Cut Process - Cuts at optimal positions and timings - Achieves cycle shortening and space saving ■ Insert Press Process - Inserts nuts and collars after molding - Reduces labor and increases productivity through inline processing ■ Welding Process - Automates the loading and unloading to/from the welding machine with robots - Reduces labor and increases productivity through inline processing ■ Decoration System Proposal - Implements inline decoration such as inkjet printing and metal film coating on plastic molded products *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company changed its name from "Toshiba Machine Co., Ltd." to "Shibaura Machine Co., Ltd." on April 1, 2020. The new name, Shibaura Machine Co., Ltd., embodies our commitment to continue evolving through contributions to society via "monozukuri" (manufacturing), while never forgetting the DNA that has driven our progress. We aim to achieve further evolution together with our customers. Leveraging the "monozukuri technology" of the Shibaura Machine Group, we offer solutions such as "system robots" that contribute to the automation, labor-saving, and efficiency of various manufacturing sites, as well as "servo systems" that serve as the driving force for all types of machinery and "industrial programmable controllers." We can broadly accommodate a variety of needs. The Control Systems Division, responsible for the development, design, and manufacturing of control devices that give intelligence to various machines in the Toshiba Machine Group, including machine tools and injection molding machines, will deliver these solutions.
