Check for crowding before going to busy places - contributing to creating a space where users can feel safe!
■Density Monitoring System "Mitsushiru" The density monitoring system "Mitsushiru" utilizes Panasonic's IoT camera "Vieureka" to measure real-time congestion levels. This allows for the real-time congestion status of facilities with a large number of users coming and going to be checked online. Users can simply scan a dedicated QR code provided by the facility with their smartphones to quickly check the level of congestion. The display shows five levels in increments of 25%: 00-25%, 25-50%, 50-75%, 75-100%, and over 100%. Users can make their own decisions about whether to go based on the displayed information. Since users can check the congestion status in advance without going to the location, it enables actions that avoid crowding, allowing them to use the facility safely during less busy times. By implementing Mitsushiru, it becomes possible for both facility users and managers to create a safe and secure space without crowding, which is required in the With/After Corona era. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information
■Background of Service Introduction As the spread of the new coronavirus continues, there is an increasing awareness among facility users to "avoid crowded places" and "not visit crowded facilities." For facility managers, operating facilities while avoiding crowding has become an urgent issue. In response to requests from users such as "I want to know the congestion status," staff have to leave their posts to check the situation on-site and inform users, which is putting a strain on on-site operations. Additionally, there are missed opportunities when users find out about the crowding only after visiting the facility and decide to stop using it because it is too crowded. By introducing Mitsushiru, real-time congestion information for facilities will be automatically transmitted, providing users with "opportunities to avoid crowded situations" and simultaneously reducing the "effort required for staff to understand and communicate crowding" on-site. Mitsushiru is a tool that addresses the challenges faced by both users and managers of facilities.
