The material of this product is "Piano Wire Type B, SWP-B." The body is coiled larger than the ends, and one side is tightly wound. To secure the bolt that is screwed into the inside of the tight winding, the inner diameter tolerance is managed using a pin gauge. The surface treatment is a combination of zinc plating and baking treatment (to remove hydrogen embrittlement). To prevent misuse with similar springs, identification painting is applied. The paint on this spring is blue, but we have various identification painting options such as red, yellow, and green based on customer requests.
