Online Oil Particle Counter for Wind Power Generation Gearbox (Gear Oil)
A highly convenient state-of-the-art oil particle counter has emerged, capable of obtaining images of the oil as well as cleanliness levels from remote offices, allowing for real-time continuous monitoring. Using Ethernet and Modbus TCP/IP, it is possible to incorporate measurement values, ISO codes, and contamination images into the PLC. By using an Ethernet unit with wind power generation as a local setup, up to 128 units (master + local) can be integrated into the PLC, enabling centralized management of all oil cleanliness from the master office. It is assumed that an existing network is already in place for the wind power generation system, allowing for easy connection and installation to that network, facilitating the remote acquisition of measurement data.
