Case study on the introduction of NMR pipe protectors for preventing red rust and extending the lifespan of hotel air conditioning piping.
At a certain hotel, when it was 40 years old, the deterioration of red rust in the air conditioning chilled and hot water piping made of galvanized steel pipes (SGP) was very advanced, and leaks were occurring at the joints. If the use of the NMR Pipe Protector continues in the future, all red rust in the air conditioning chilled and hot water piping will be reduced to inert black rust with a volume of 1/10, and as long as external corrosion does not occur, leaks from the air conditioning chilled and hot water piping will be prevented, extending the lifespan of the building. Naturally, the replacement of the air conditioning chilled and hot water piping will no longer be necessary.
