Fluid control valve with minimized dead space - Eclipse
Sanwa piping parts, Clippard, Eclipse
A revolutionary control valve that applies stepping motors to flow control | Minimizes dead space in the flow path and facilitates easy cleaning.
Eclipse is an electromagnetic proportional control valve that enables high-precision and fine fluid control. By integrating high-performance micro-stepping motor drive with a unique slide-plate valve mechanism developed through exceptional processing technology, it has successfully achieved both a durable structure and high-precision stepless fluid control technology. The valve (liquid contact part) uses ceramic plates that possess high durability and corrosion resistance, making it adaptable to a wide range of fluids from gases such as air and gas to various liquids. It also enables "zero dead volume," which is an important factor when handling high-purity fluids, providing users with more comfortable and reliable results. ● Fine resolution (flow rate: 0.2 ml/min *, position: 1.5 μm/step) * at 207Kpa, fluid: water ● Excellent responsiveness (< 2 ms) and follow-up capability (error > 4%), as well as reproducibility (< 0.5%) ● The valve unit, which is the liquid contact part, is made of ceramic with high durability and corrosion resistance ● Zero dead volume specification ● Adaptable to a wide range of fluids including air, gas, and liquids <Showroom> You can see a demonstration of Eclipse at the TFT building, just a 3-minute walk from Tokyo Big Sight.

Our company was founded in 1971 and has been introducing unique and excellent products from overseas to our customers in Japan. We handle over 10,000 items, including fittings, couplings, various valves, and check valves. Among these, we take pride in being a pioneer in the market for small plastic piping components manufactured by CPC in the United States, such as CPC couplings, which we have been proposing since 30 years ago when brass and stainless steel were the norm. These products are widely used in small devices across various fields, including general industry, healthcare, food and beverage, printing, and experimentation, due to their features of being "compact," "lightweight," and "offering a wide variety." Additionally, in the field of industrial air equipment, we have been supplying products focused on "cooling," "blowing," and "air transport" using compressed air, including the "Cryogenic Air Generator Kolder," to manufacturing sites across various sectors for many years. In recent years, we have also been focusing on new product development in different fields, including springs made from PEEK resin. In April 2018, as part of our new initiative to improve customer satisfaction in industrial piping components, we opened a satellite showroom in Odaiba displaying approximately 2,500 items.
