The "BS type" is a processing machine specifically designed for burdock that can perform hand-cut style julienne, strips, and diagonal cuts. By attaching the burdock to the material chuck and inserting it into the hopper while rotating, the burdock is cut into hand-cut style julienne by a disc blade and comes out from the lower discharge outlet.
