Techno F&C is the main production factory of Misawa Homes, a pioneer in industrialized housing. The strengths of Techno F&C lie in its "production technology" and "manufacturing technology" cultivated through the industrialization of housing. All the industrialized homes we create are custom-made for each residence. With approximately 150,000 variations of structural components, the combinations of about 700 components for a single home are virtually limitless.
