SUS631 requires a heat treatment called precipitation hardening (aging treatment).
The material used is "spring stainless steel sheet SUS631-CSP." It is a material that excels in strength and heat resistance compared to the general-purpose SUS spring material "SUS304-CSP." After spring forming, a heat treatment at 475 degrees for 60 minutes is applied to ensure the specified strength. This heat treatment is called precipitation hardening or aging treatment, and it is a process similar to quenching.
