This is a spring used for controlling the movable iron piece of an electromagnetic valve. To accurately manage the installation to maximum load, a sensor called a length measuring device is used. The length measuring device automatically measures and adjusts the free length of the spring during the coiling process. Since the variation in the spring's load is almost proportional to the variation in free length, control using this length measuring device is effective. The material used is "phosphor bronze wire, C5191W." After spring forming, the spring's properties are enhanced through heat treatment. Similar springs have been successfully made from "piano wire, SWP-A, SWP-B" and "stainless steel wire for springs, SUS304-WPB, SUS316-WPA."
