We were facing the concern that the strength of the neodymium magnets was insufficient and could not meet the customer's specifications. In response, our company improved the strength by performing a resin impregnation treatment using an impregnant close to the grade of adhesives. As a result of testing the components after the resin impregnation treatment, the compression ring strength improved by approximately 1.2 to 1.5 times, thereby satisfying the customer's specifications.
