Next-generation aluminum electrolytic capacitors hybridized with electrolyte and conductive polymers.
This is a highly reliable product that achieves groundbreaking compact size and low ESR performance, as well as industry-leading high ripple current resistance, thanks to hybrid technology combining electrolytic solution and conductive polymers, and it can be used at temperatures up to 150°C. It is suitable for power supplies with high-density mounting and automotive electrical components. The hybridization significantly improves the temperature characteristic variation rate, allowing stable performance from -55°C in low-temperature environments to +135°C. When used near automotive engines or transmissions, the cooling system may temporarily stop and reach high temperatures after high-speed driving followed by engine shutdown. The HXF series is guaranteed for short-term use at 150°C, making it suitable for such environments. Compliant with RoHS/REACH/ELV and automotive AEC-Q200 standards.
